Alstromeria
- Recommended 450 to 600 foot-candles (depending on cultivar)
- 14 – 16 hours day length
- Increase CO2 and irrigation cycles
- Increase in production
- Improvement of quality
- Shifting production to a period with higher prices
- Relief of labour peak during spring
- Reduction of flower abortion

Gerbera
- Recommended 450 to 600 foot-candles
- Increase CO2 and irrigation cycles
- Increased production in the winter
- Larger range of cultivars available during the winter months, with more colours
- Reduced flower abortion or bud drop during the winter
- Longer and thicker flower stems
- More intense flower colour
- Shorter production time
- Better planning so that the production period is less dependent on the weather
- Improved possibilities for year-round production
- Labor requirement is more uniform

Roses
- Recommended 450 – 600 foot-candles
- Increase CO2 and irrigation cycles
- Year-round increase in production
- 17 – 20 hours day-length
- Supplement during dark days is recommended (ask us for 50% grids)
- Significant reduction of blind shoots and flower abortion, resulting in more harvestable stems
- Increase in the number of petals
- Increase in production, measured in the number of stems, dry and fresh mass of the stems
- Increased quality, flower stems are heavier and sturdier, reducing the risk of damage during harvest and packing
- Spray-roses have more flowers per stem
- Bicolored roses can be grown more easily
- More intense flower color
- Reduction of black edges on certain varieties
- Resistance against fungal diseases resulting in a lower usage of pesticides
- Assortment of cultivars during winter production because summer varieties can be grown
- Competitive position
- Uniformity in production, The production period is less dependent on the weather so that planning becomes more accurate and labor requirements are more even throughout the year
